Some people want to know what we do with the houses we buy in Wauwatosa. It depends on the market and what people are looking for. Sometimes, we buy a house, fix it up and then resell it to a local family. Other times, we hold on to the house and rent it out for a family in need.
Take a look at one of our recent fixer uppers. This house was basically abandoned for over 10 years and we rebuilt the entire house (minus the exterior walls haha).

We currently have four kids that are all living in Wauwatosa and go to school in the district. This area has been our home for years and we love the community and environment it brings. With all the work, we still try to have fun and hit up awesome places like downtown Tosa for great food or Hoyt park for a little outdoor fun.
